Hi to all, I was unable to find an address that allowed feedback, so I'm hoping this gets to the right people. When I heard of Custom Dynamics on another web site praising the customer service I thought "ya right! how great can it be" I've dealt with other online Co's before, and found the service to be cold and semi helpful at best. But after dealing with Kristen I have to say that enough can't be said about her service and helpful attitude. It was by far my best experience ever online. Kristen was fantastic giving me help with what product would fit my needs the best, part numbers and prices. Never giving up on me where others might have. She is to be commended. Good morning, folks, I hope all is well in Wake Forest this morning. When I got home yesterday, I noticed the big box but I didn’t get around to opening until about 10:00 last night. I unpacked the Condor Pit Stop and it sure looked nice. I unwrapped it and did what little assembly was needed to get it ready to be installed in my trailer. Frankly, I was expecting a nice product as I had watched the video on your site and looked at Condor’s site. I was not disappointed. What a nice product! It is nice to have thoughtful people to deal with. I recently purchased a tfi-1252st from you via online. I received the part very quickly and also received a spiffy little led light bar included for free. The techlusion box is just what the doctor ordered for my situation. I wrote a review for the product also. What was really cool is that someone from Custom Dynamics called to make sure my part came in good condition and in a timely fashion. If I recall it only took 2 business days for the part to be in my grubby little paws. A friend who’s bike I am also working on ended up ordering the same part. He got his parts very quickly also. Customer Service Staff, I came into your showroom on my way to SC in late NOV and ordered a set of the new Rinehart Flush Cuts for my '07 Dyna Street Bob. Although I found out we could have just as easily done it on-line, it wasn't too far out of our way. I shopped around quite a bit on the web and stumbled across you guys. Gina called me the other day to inform me that one of the items I ordered was not compatible with my motorcycle and that she would send the correct part along with a check for the difference in price. Hello Custom Dynamics. I would like to thank you for supplying such a great product and purchasing experience I recently ordered a Diamond Star Headlight modulator and some super bright LED strips from you to use as running lights. My order was processed quickly, and everything arrived super fast. I am 100% impressed with the Diamond Star Headlight modulator. It is well built, comes with excellent documentation that makes installation a breeze...and even the 3M tap connectors that it comes with are well chosen and make the installation a solder free experience. Everything simply crimps and snaps together in a short amount of time. This install was on a 2007 Yamaha FZ6. The modulator works wonderfully and I have already noticed that it makes the bike get WAY more attention. Sport bikes suffer from a visibility problem due to their thin, aerodynamic front profile and small headlight footprint. While cruisers can easily install light bars and running lights, sportbikes have a much bigger challenge in this matter. The headlight modulator really evens the score in terms of visibility, and I am so glad I installed it. Just wanted to let you know that I picked up an extreme LED accent package at Myrtle Beach, did the installation on my Heritage myself, and am very pleased with the results. Whoever put those packages together thought of everything. Your prices beat the rest of the vendors as well. The only problem now is that my wife wants the same treatment on her Sportster 1200 Low. Can you make any recommendations? The kit I bought for my Big Twin wouldn't work so well on the Sportster, since the bottom of her gas tank is flat, and clearance somewhat limited. Can you put together a package that would have more back mounting pods, instead of the side mounting pods? I look forward to doing business with you again, Jack 5/24/07

What an outstanding product! I ordered my Extreme kit for my `01 Honda CBR929 Erion Racing Edition and now my bike is glowing like crazy! Its exactly what I wanted and the cost was minimal compared to some of the other kits out there. You really are doing an amazing job and I can't wait to see the snow melt so I can show off these lights. The installation was a lot easier than I thought too. I do custom installs on neon and LED lights in cars and bikes, but this was definitely the easiest install I have ever done. Your Leverlockz installation kit was great too! Such a clean, easy way to tie wires together. I will recommend these kits to any customer that is interested in lighting up their bike. Just wanted to let you know the rest of the LEDS arrived and I installed them. I know have nine sets under the dash and inside the cab of my truck. I wish I could get a decent night picture to send you. The whole inside of the cab is teal, under the hood, the engine compartment is blue. I had some other pods installed but I took them out and replaced them with yours. Your colors are brighter and they provide twice the coverage. Your products are great, I have had your LED lights installed on my 2005 Honda VTX 1300. It really sets it off. I am working on getting some better pics that show off the lights went lit, my dig camera doesn't do the job. After having the rear tail light, turn signals, and tag mount removed, the fender was cut, then reinforced and a 12 inch red LED strip was inlayed in the rear fender along with two 6 inch amber strips on either side for the turn signals. (one 12 inch strip cut into two) Looking forward to Biketoberfest this year in Daytona, I know this receive a little attention. Thank you Joseph

I was looking for a product that would provide me with a high intensity light that would be used as an additional brake light and running light. I looked at many different products on the internet and decided your product looked like it would provide the best solution and cleanest look. I ordered the 1' red 100 LED and it showed up a day earlier than promised. I installed the LED on the back of my 06 Electra Glide Ultra Classic Screaming Eagle Tour Pak (Leather) using the adhesive promoter. Great product and once installed looked like it came from the factory that way. The LEDs are bright and provide the additional lighting and safety feature I was looking for. Aloha, Just wanted to let you know, I received my items and couldn't be happier. The color is awesome and matches the interior of my truck perfectly. My upholstery is done in Teal and Gray rolled and pleated tweed. You don't need to own a motorcyle to appreciate the chrome and polished goodies offered for them. I have a fully customized 97 Sonoma Show Truck. Throughout the years, I've used many motorcycle parts to dress my engine, interior and exterior. This is the guy from Sedalia, MO. that was building a custom show trike using a '94 HD Fatboy.......I was converting from bulbs to l.e.d. lights and had previously added components to convert the always off blinker lights into running. I received the led cluster today and for your information it fits the 2005 Kawasaki Nomad 1600 perfectly without any modification necessary. What a difference. I recently bought and installed a pair of amber 3" lightbars for my FLHTC to use as turn signals. I wired the red and white wires together for maximum intensity. I am extremely pleased with the result. Why the factory doesn't go with LEDs I will never know. Thank you. John 10/31/04

Just wanted to thank you. I had a pair of flexible LED's, that I didn't think were working, and even though I purchased them back in November, you said you would still make it good to me. You also gave me a tip to check them using a 9 volt battery. Well I did, they work fine, I installed them and they look great! All of the undertail kits that I have been looking at for my bike don't have LEDs bright enough for daylight braking. (in my opinion) I didn't think that you could fit 164 LEDs in one tail light!! I have been looking for a license plate light for my BMW R1100S for ages. Everything I could find was too large or too ugly for my purpose. There is very little space with the high exhaust on my bike. I received your LED License Plate Add-On and it is a gem. Installation was straight forward and I'm delighted with the result. The LEDs are way cool. The unit adds some class to the rear of the bike.

I did purchase a 1.85” Direct Base LED Cluster. The cluster fit my bike perfectly. No modifications were necessary. Also, I purchased a clear light cover which enhances the effect of the LED cluster. I have a 2003 Ducati Monster M1000s.i.e. I am extremely satisfied with the light cluster. It is MUCH brighter than the original light on both low (marker) and high (brake light) intensities.
