NEW RINEHART “TRUE DUAL” EXHAUST WITH OXYGEN SENSOR PORTS BY BUB New formed muffler canister for a stronger, cleaner look Same unique header design as the Softail and Dyna styles to provide the largest power and torque increase of any exhaust system available Features oxygen sensor ports in the head pipe, which accept closed-loop aftermarket fuel-injection management systems for better performance and reliability Header features multi-bend radius technology and a three-step size increase: 1 3/4” at the head, to 1 7/8” mid and then a 2” finish The header pipes include 2 1/4” dia. full-length heat shields Redesigned black mounting bracket kit holds the rear pipe in the center for added support and less stress; mounting bracket kits also fit original “True Dual” system, New design torque-chamber baffles produce a deep, rich sound with less objectionable noise; only 96 dB at half-throttle (2500 rpm) Optional 2” i.d. “Quiet Baffles” further reduce exhaust sound and increase engine torque with only a slight horsepower loss Optional 2 1/2” i.d. baffles increase engine torque and horsepower This chromed system is highlighted by polished black anodized billet aluminum end caps engraved with the Rinehart logo Replacement black and optional chrome end caps available separately Designed and built in the U.S.A. Team Rinehart did not stop their quest for power without addressing the unique requirements of the FL rider. They designed, tested and built exhausts until they had a multi-step header with a “True Dual” design that makes the same power gains as their Softail/Dyna systems. Along with the across-the-range power increase, you get the style of 2 1/4” heat shields that flow into 3 1/2” muffler bodies capped off with black billet aluminum signature end caps. Note: There is no warranty on exhaust pipes and mufflers with regard to any discoloration. Discoloration (blueing) is caused by tuning characteristics, cam timing, carburetor jetting, overheating, etc. and is not caused by defective manufacturing.

Rinehart Cross Backs 2 into 2 Exhaust Systems by BUB
Rinehart's newest creation, the Cross-Back, is the most twisted design yet. These fierce systems significantly increase torque and horsepower across the range with a crossed-up, three-step header design and 2 1/2" integrated mufflers. 220 full coverage heat shields merge flush to the muffler bodies and have Rinehart Racing laser cut into the front heat shield. All new, unique billet end caps top off these aggressive pipes. To ensure optimal performance on each bike, these systems include two oxygen sensor ports and two sets of baffles (2" o.d for engines up to 96 ci and 2 1/4" o.d for larger and high performance engines). Available with either chrome headers, heat shields and mufflers with black anodized end caps or black headers and mufflers with chrome heat shields and end caps Optional quiet baffles available separately
