This quick addition to the Air Wing Luggage Rack adds an additional running and brake light that demands attention! One row of 24 super bright 5mm LEDs are sealed behind a red or smoked lens. The unit is installed with provided mounting hardware to the underside of the Air Wing Luggage Rack placing this light bar right at eye level to the traffic behind you. Lifetime LED Warranty.

Plug and play installation on 2015-2025 Harley-Davidson® Freewheeler (FLRT) and 2023-2025 Road Glide 3 (FLRTR) with Air Wing Luggage Rack PN 50300097 or 50300295.

Add Custom Dynamics® Magic Strobes™ TKE Brake Light and Turn Signal Flasher to add attention grabbing flash and strobe patterns when the brake is applied! It was easy to install. Package well, but no instructions in the box. Still 5 stars because video a guy posted was fantastic!! One thing that I will say is, wires could be heat shrunk all the way to about 5” from the pins. I put wire loom around the wires after I put heat shrink as I stated above. When wires are so thin it only takes a slight bit of rubbing to wear down the insulation. If you guys would include the loom and heat shrink it would be a fabulous addition. Yet I would still say for the money you could not go wrong. Just keep in mind that if you don’t want to take the chance of pinching the wires, get 2’ of heat shrink and wire loom.

Always better to add more rear lighting to your motorcycle. This does the trick. It's fairly easy to install. It is very bright and works great! another winner from Custom Dynamics!

Luggage rack light

2nd one I’ve installed. We have two Freewheelers and have one on each. The kit is easy to install, truly plug and play. They fit great and work flawlessly! Would highly recommend for additional rear visibility!! 5 stars!!

Easy install

Installation was super easy. It took longer for me to find a 9/64 Allen wrench than to install it. I had a bunch of wrenches either the size down or the size up. Maybe they ought to throw one in the kit.

Light review

Just installed this along with the Airwing rack on my 21 Freewheeler. Installing the light took me about an hour. Getting the wiring through the Airwing rack took longer than anything as the fishing line included for that purpose is so thick I couldn't get it to knot so used wire a stiff wire and string instead. When I hooked it up to the included wire harness the running light didn't work. After fiddling with it, it became apparent that I hadn't got the wires inserted far enough into the light connector. After I got them far enough everything worked as advertised. One funny thing though, when the trike ignition is set to ACC the running light stays on. None of the other lights on the bike come on with ACC so not sure if this is intentional or an oversight. I checked the wiring and the colored wires match up with instructions. No big deal as I never use ACC for more than a few minutes but just be aware it works this way so you don't drain your battery.

air wing luggage rack question

Since installing the air wing luggage rack LED light, it seems to me that cagers stop further back than before. It looks like that brake light really catches their eye.
