Plugged in and lights were working but still had hyper flash. Called customer service and after telling technician what it was doing, he said you’ve got a blown fuse. Sure enough, after replacing fuse it works beautifully. Nice to have both modules in one. Highly recommended

Because I have a FUELPAK tuner under the seat, there was no room for the Triple play there. I extended both the Triple Play wire harnesses 12" and mounted/zip tied the Triple Play under the bike just forward of the alarm module. I applied silicon over the switch and dial covers for longevity. The connectors/harnesses were routed up through the battery compartment and connected under the seat. It was a little extra work, but worth it.

Finally got around to installing LED's on all turn signals and brake light.
Used the Load Balancing Triple Play to achieve Run / Turn / Brake with five flashes on the rear. What a huge difference.

Added great visibility and the ability to change the bike to all LED bulbs without adding other pieces was a huge bonus. I had this installed in my 2000 Fatboy for 14 months. Unfortunately it began having an issue and was blowing the bikes accessory fuse. This is where the Custom Dynamics support and service teams really showed up. In the hope that it may be something minor that could be resolved or worked around, I contacted tech support via email and advised what was occurring and what troubleshooting I had performed. A tech promptly responded and asked me to call in. Tech support asked me to perform one other simple test and then send them pictures of the controller. A short while later I was contacted by customer service to process a replacement device. Remember this is a 14 month old motorcycle part. Parts warranties are usually 30-90 days. The most I could have expected from the team was a discount. But Custom Dynamics went above and beyond by sending a replacement.

You have not only earned a loyal customer but I will also advocate for your products, service, and support! You can bet my 1978 shovelhead build will include Custom Dynamics components to increase its and my visibility.

Arrived ahead of expected date. Instructions were clear. Installation took 5 minutes and programming took 10 minutes. Everything worked as expected and I could not be more pleased. WIth LED's in every lamp, and a 144 decibel compressed air dual trumpet horn ,,, I will be Seen and Heard!

My son had purchased the Custom Dynamics bullet LED inserts from the dealer but it came with the wrong load balancer plugs (he got a good deal on it anyway).

I decided to get the load balancer for Christmas. In talking with customer support, they suggested the load balancer/magic strobe combo. My comments below:

1) The customer support people I talked to were top notch and know their product lines well.
2) The install was painless. The load balancer did its work well and the magic strobe was easy to program.
3) Excellent product and instructions!

After a few replies with Customer Service it became clear that i needed this product to complete my turn signal installation on my 2006 softail Deuce. So simple Plug N Play design, easy to understand programming and the features that this product can do. I'm satisfied with the product and the Customer Service is top notch. I rarely leave reviews, tho I was tickled by this little box! First I'd been a bit skeptical at the price. But I knew with the Ultra I'd just picked up, I thought I better do it right the first time. Switched the whole bike, nose to tail with led lights. Fronts with switchback, rear 1156's, led evawhere! ('10 FLHTK) Flipped on the ignition, perfect working, awesome lighting, and added safety with the strobing rear tails! Everything I wanted, without having to do much any wiring conversion at all! If you're reading this, just add to cart, buy it, justify it. It makes led installs easy, not ONE CAN ERROR and I'm twice as visible! Cheers mates keep on riding!

I installed this on my 2003 Road King. I think start to finish was about 5 min including set up. Super Easy Super Simple... Love it. All the Features you could want... Load Manager, RBT, and Brake Strobe All in One. Custom Dynamics has done it again.
