Harley-Davidson® Touring models come equipped with a 6-pin Molex main wire harness connector located under the seat. The factory wires in this connector carry ground, brake, run, left turn, right turn and auxiliary power. Custom Dynamics® offers this quick disconnect as a plug and play wire harness with one end that plugs in-line with the factory 6-pin plugs and a 34” extended wire lead with female connector. This extended lead will mate to the male OEM Harley-Davidson® Tour-Pak® wire harness (69200131) to provide power to the factory Tour-Pak® lighting with accessible connector for easy removal of the Tour-Pak®.

Additional Quick Disconnect Harnesses available for Tour-Pak® Speaker Wire Harness & OEM Tour-Pak® Light Bar Power Harness.

In the case of adding a “chopped”, “razor”, or aftermarket Tour-Pak® that is not equipped with any lighting, this quick disconnect can still be installed under the seat of any 2014-2024 Harley-Davidson® Touring model and mate with Custom Dynamics® Power Harness for Add-On Tour-Pak® to provide easy connections for powering added aftermarket Tour-Pak® lighting.

I used this on a 2023 Street Glide with OEM sequential Tour-Pak lighting along with Custom Dynamics ProBEAM® Auxiliary Saddlebag Lights (PB-SBSEQ-BCM-CR). I was told by the dealership that HD does NOT make a harness for the Street Glide and that I would have to make a harness, as that is what they do on any customer’s Street Glide when a Tour-Pak is added. This solves the problem! Connection is a no-brainer and allows you to tap into the vehicle wiring harness with zero effort. Truly “Plug- n- play.”
