Converting to a detachable Tour-Pak on 2014-2023 Harley-Davidson® Touring models requires a solution for the rear turn signals and license plate. This kit includes a License Plate Relocation Bracket that provides a mounting location for the license plate under the OEM taillight without any drilling or modification to the rear fender. Optional LED License Plate Frame (sold separately) is available to add tag illumination. In addition, choice of run, brake & turn function LED saddlebag lights are included in Low Profile and ProBEAM® designs. LED Saddlebag lights attach with double-sided tap to the OEM saddlebag. Plug and play wire harness is provided for simple connections under the seat, with built in quick-disconnects that allow for easy removal of the saddlebags. 

Docking Hardware and Detachables Tour-Pak Mounting Rack are not included and should be purchased separately to complete the conversion.
