This plug-and-play replacement module is a direct OEM substitute for TSM and TSSM units on Harley-Davidson models, functioning solely as a TSM without security features. It replaces OEM part numbers TSM 68920-07, HFSM 68924-07 (US & HDI) on 2007-2013 Harley-Davidson® Touring, 2009-2013 Trike and 2007-2013 Sportster XL.

The module is compatible with both LED and incandescent bulbs, supporting a turn signal load range of 0.24A to 6A per side, eliminating the need for a load equalizer or Signal Stabilizer when converting to BCM compliant LED turn signals. It follows OEM TSM manual password learning procedure and is compatible with CanDo and TechnoResearch module replacement procedure. The unit offers both manual and self-canceling turn signal functions, based on speed, timing, and direction of the motorcycle. Additionally, it supports full operation of four-way hazards along with upgraded, smart cancellation based on time, ignition position, and battery voltage. Included is an automatic shut-off feature when the vehicle tilt exceeds 45 degrees to either side for more than one second. Additional safety is integrated with the OEM safety switches to prevent starting in gear without either in neutral or the clutch pulled. Designed for low current consumption, the module also incorporates built-in short circuit and overcurrent protection. Constructed with robust, high-quality components, it is backed by a three-year manufacturer warranty and operates within a wide voltage range of 11VDC to 15VDC.

TSM-4 for my 2007 Harley Electra Glide

I purchased a 2007 HD Electra Glide from an auction and lost the FOB on the way home, it was a horror ride.

The local HD shop wanted way too much for a replacement FOB.

Custom Dynamics customer service checked out my bike (VIN, TSM number etc) to ensure I got the correct TSM version for my bike. Very helpful and reassuring.

This Custom Dynamics TSM did the job perfectly. Followed the instructions to the letter and no problems.

A big thumbs up from me, It works well.

Nightster Lives Again

My 2008 Nightster has been parked in the garage corner for 18 months since it stopped starting. Finally got around to pulling it out again and giving it some real attention. After considerable trouble shooting, I determined that the OEM TSSM was faulty. Found the CD replacement TSM and placed my order. 4 days later with new TSM in hand, I went to work installing and marrying the TSM to my ECM. CD instructions were clear and concise and after the initial attempt to crank and bike once again trying to fire had my winning ticket. After the approximate 30 minute learn process I am pleased to report I again have a running bike.

It's Custome Dynamic, it just works!

Just as advertised, this is a simple plug and play replacement (with improvements) for the factory TSM/TSSM, which are a known weak point and no longer available from Harley for many older models. And, as advertised , if your bike came with factory security, it will no longer work.
One thing to know, not only are load balances not needed (often added when upgrading from incandescent bulbs to LED) but Custom Dynamics tech support advises that you remove any existing load balancers.balances.
I had multiple Custom Dynamics LED products installed (all still working after 12 years) so for me it was as simple as plugging in the new TSM, removing the load balacer and buttoning everything up.
